Frame not what I asked for
It took 9 weeks after paying for the frame for them to ship it. They stated there is a 4 week delay for incoming work to be started. It sat in shipping for 4 business days before being given to FedEx. FedEx could not manage to deliver the product to my home even after 6 attempts. I had to request the frame be placed at a FedEx drop off site, and had to drive 60 miles round trip to pick it up. When I got home, I found the frame did not meet the specs I had requested. I contacted the company via email, and corresponded with the manager, who ultimately stopped responding back to me. I do not recommend this company based on their lack of willingness to make things right! Price is not everything!
