Disappointing
On my first order I actually called in, to make sure I was getting the correct shadowbox. When the order arrived, one bottom corner was broken. As much as the frame was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped with a ton of peanuts, this damage appeared to have occurred BEFORE shipment. I contacted them and they shipped a replacement (just frame, you have to use the insert, glass and wall hanging cable from original order) that day and promised it would arrive before the presentation ceremony (4 days). It did not arrive until the day after, so the retiree was presented a damaged frame, and we had to change it out (again!) the next day. The cert and flag look great, but the whole process was disappointing.
