    The frame was delivered in a very short period of time from the order, perfectly packed. It looks very good and well done. The only problem I found is that the mausurements of the area to place the certificate are smaller (10”x8”) than the original document (12”x10”) I received from the US MOD. Therefore I was forced to use in this frame a smaller colored copy of the certificate which is not as nice as the original one. I suggest you review the measurements of the frame in accordance with those of the original Legion of Merit certificate.

    The frame was sent out immediately upon ordering and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product! My father worked hard during his 42 years in the military and deserves his awards displayed so beautifully. I have others that need the same kind of display and this is my new go-to for anything I may need. Thank you!!

    The craftsmanship is exceptional and the frame is gorgeous. It was wrapped and packed with care and everything arrived in perfect condition. The only option I would have liked to see is that the medal be pre-mounted in the slot so I don't risk the chance of making a mistake. Looking at the online site it seemed they would already have it mounted when shipped. It's the only reason I paid extra for them to send the medals with the frames. Service was exceptional. I had a question about my order and sent an email. I was actually called that day (on a Sunday) to validate my question and make sure I had the answer I was looking for.
