    It started with a couple calls in regards to the different frames that military memories sold. I was amazed that every time I called someone answer the phone mainly Ryan. But he was very helpful and informative taking a special interest in to making sure that my frame fit my certificates and vice versa. Once making my order it was very simple and I got my frame within two or three days even though I ordered at the end of the week my product shipped on Friday and was in hand Tuesday afternoon. Once I began mounting my metal which is a little difficult and I recommend getting them to professionally mount it, but all in all frame with the medal and certificate looks awesome on my wall thanks again military memories and especially Ryan I will definitely come back to order more certificate frames for the numerous certificates that I have.
